An exciting project, where both the architect, the builder and client’s French background have provided input.

They used Steni Colour façade panels in grey, white and black – in three different glosses – to create a dynamic facade. The materials were carefully planned and optimised to cost-effective utilisation and low wastage. Ninety per cent of the panels were delivered pre-drilled and in specified sizes, which made installation simple and efficient.

The result is a functional and welcoming building, which is easy to maintain. The building is in an area prone to graffiti, which is no problem with Steni panels and can be easily removed with regular graffiti remover and water.
