Havbo housing project by the sea

As you arrive at Sønderborg Harbour, you will see a stylish residential complex in clear contrast to the surrounding environment. Down by the sea, a sharp building stands out – Havbo.

The building is clad with STENI colour panel, 100% constructed from a 3D model. The panels were cut exactly according to specifications, thus optimising the use of the façade panels.

“In a waterfront setting, the wind and weather undeniably set specific requirements for a building – and the materials. Here, they chose to focus on façade panels from STENI with a smooth surface that gets "washed" even under the slightest downpour. This makes the building very easy to maintain,” says Flemming Frost of JUUL FROST Architects.
